The form is suitable for general questions, content corrections, privacy requests, subscription removal, and review changes. For a search issue, include the words you entered and the app page you expected to find. Use only one submission for the same issue unless important new information becomes available.
How Duplicate Messages Are Handled
A reference number identifies the stored request but does not guarantee that a public page will be changed. Review requests are checked against the app, display name, email, date, and available reference details. Keep the reference number if you may need to identify the request later.
Privacy Before You Press Send
Contact records are not automatically displayed on public pages. Review display names and approved review text may be public, but the review email remains private. A valid consent choice is required before the form can be submitted.
